Running an initial diagnosis of all the areas of the hotel and of its competitive performance, establishing an action plan for the performance of the hotel in alignment with our client, assisting in the annual budget negotiation (management and capex) at levels that are adequate for the asset and its market, reporting periodically to the owners on the evolution of the different hotel departments, areas of opportunity and recommended corrective measures, ensuring that the commonly agreed strategy between the hotel chain and the hotel owner is reached, and if necessary, we can provide hotel interim management services for properties (usually distressed debt situations with banks, etc.)
